通过测量叶片气孔鉴定月季染色体倍性的研究 被引量:10

摘要 通过测量气孔进行倍性鉴定可大大提高月季倍性鉴定的效率。在光学显微镜下对不同倍性月季的气孔器长度和气孔密度进行测量后发现,不同倍性月季间的气孔器长度存在显著差异,以气孔器长度34.69μm为界,可准确区分二倍体和四倍体月季;三倍体月季的气孔器长度界于二倍体和四倍体之间,且与二倍体、四倍体均存在交集,通过气孔器长度不能鉴别三倍体月季。月季气孔密度在二倍体和三倍体间无显著差异,四倍体月季的气孔密度显著小于三倍体和二倍体。 The identification method through measuring stomata can enhance greatly efficiency to identify the rose ploidy level.In this study,after measuring the stomatal apparatus length and stomatal density of different Chinese roses under the optical microscope,significant difference in stomatal apparatus length was found among different ploidy roses.The stomatal apparatus length boundary of the diploids rose and tetraploids rose was 34.69μm.The stomatal apparatus length of triploids rose was between diploids rose and tetraploids rose,and there was overlap btween triploids rose and other two ploidy level roses.So,it was impossible to distinguish triploids rose and other ploidy level roses through the stomatal apparatus length.There was no significant difference in stomatal density between diploids rose and triploids rose.The stomatal density of tetraploids rose was significant less than diploids and triploids roses.
