俄罗斯贸易结构、开放程度和一体化水平与亚太地区其他主要国家相比,处于相对较低层次;欧亚经济联盟与越南签署自由贸易协定有望开启俄罗斯以建立自由贸易区为主要合作方向的一体化进程。中国是俄罗斯在APEC框架下最佳合作伙伴,未来的中俄经贸合作将围绕一带一路和欧亚经济联盟寻找合作的契合点。大国关系、周边外交、各种区域和次区域合作、热点难点问题等多方面因素为俄罗斯和APEC的合作增添了复杂性和挑战。
The trade structure, opening degree and integration of Russia stay in the relatively lower level compared with other countries in Asia-Pacific region; It is hopeful that the signing of free trade agreement between the Eurasian Economic Union and Vietnam will open the integration process of Russia with the establishment of free trade zone as the major cooperation direction. As China is the best cooperation partner of Russia under the APEC framework, the future China-Russia economic trade cooperation will seek for the integrating points of cooperation surrounding the ＂One Belt and One Road＂ and Eurasian Economic Union. The big power relations, neighboring diplomacy, regional and sub-regional cooperation, hot points and difficult points and many other factors all add complexity and challenges for the cooperation between Russia and APEC.
