摘要
目的分析在护理管理中全面质量管理模式的应用价值。方法我院从2014年起开始实施全面质量管理,对比实施前后护理管理情况。结果实施后环境与指导评分、技术与服务评分、医师对护理满意评分及自我护理水平评分等方面均高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论在护理管理中全面质量管理的效果显著,可有效改善医院护理质量。
Objective To analyze the application value of total quality management mode in nursing management. Methods We began to implement total quality management since 2014, nursing management status before and after the compared. Results After the implementation of the environment and the guidance of the score, technology and service score, doctors on the nursing satisfaction score and self care level were higher than before（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The effect of total quality management in nursing management is significant, which can effectively improve the quality of nursing care in nursing management.
