摘要
目的分析探讨健康管理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床治疗上的应用价值。方法选取慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者84例,按照双盲法随机分成两组,对照组42例,出院前对患者进行常规健康教育,研究组42例,对患者进行系统的疾病健康教育和管理,随访调查两组患者的治疗依从性、疾病认知水平、肺功能以及6 min步行距离。结果研究组患者的治疗依从性高于对照组,同时,研究组患者的疾病认知水平、肺功能以及6 min步行距离这三项指标也均优于对照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义。结论对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者实施健康管理,可有效改善患者的治疗依从性,促进患者疾病认知水平的提高,改善患者的肺功能,促进患者的康复。
Objective To analyze clinical application of health management for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods Selected 84 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, according to double blind method randomly divided into two group, 42 cases in control group received general health education before discharged, 42 cases in research group received disease health education and management, follow-up and survey were conducted about treatment compliance, disease cognitive level, lung function and 6 min walk distance. Results The treatment compliance of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, while research group cognition levels, lung function and 6min walking distance were significantly better than the control group, there were significant differences between the groups. Conclusion Health management for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can improve patients ＇ treatment compliance, promote the improvement of patients ＇ cognition and improve lung function, promote the patient＇s recovery.
