摘要
目的比较赤芍和白芍的药理活性,明确二者的药用功效和临床应用价值。方法获取赤芍和白芍的乙醇提取物及脂溶性和水溶性成分,把小鼠和大鼠分为空白组、阳性组、总提取物组(白芍和赤芍)、脂溶性提取物组(白芍和赤芍)和水溶性提取物组(白芍和赤芍),以二甲苯酸和醋酸致小鼠耳肿胀、腹腔毛细血管渗出,比较赤芍和白芍的抗炎作用;以ADP诱导大鼠血小板聚集,比较赤芍和白芍的活血化瘀作用。结果总提物组(白芍)、水溶性提取物组(白芍和赤芍)对耳廓肿胀有良好的抑制作用,总提物组(白芍和赤芍)、脂溶性提物组(赤芍)对腹腔色素渗出有良好的抑制作用,且有效延长了部分凝血活酶时间,与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白芍对抑制炎性水肿及渗出均有良好的效果,但是在抑制血小板聚集方面,其作用不如赤芍。
Objective To compare the radix paeoniae rubra and radix paeoniae alba pharmacological activities, clear the medicinal efficacy and clinical value. Methods Radix paeoniae rubra and radix paeoniae alba ethanol extract and fat soluble and water-soluble components, in mice and rats were divided into blank group and positive group, the total extract（radix paeoniae alba and radix paeoniae rubra）, fat-soluble extract group（radix paeoniae alba and radix paeoniae rubra） and water-soluble extract（radix paeoniae alba and radix paeoniae rubra）, with xylene acid and acetic acid in mice ear swelling, celiac capillary seep, anti-inflammatory effect of radix paeoniae rubra and radix paeoniae alba; Platelet aggregation in the rat induced by ADP, radix paeoniae rubra and radix paeoniae alba, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis. Results The total extract（radix paeoniae alba）, water soluble extract group（radix paeoniae alba and radix paeoniae rubra） had good inhibition to the auricle swelling, groups of total（radix paeoniae alba and radix paeoniae rubra） and fat-soluble extract group（radix paeoniae rubra） had good inhibition to the abdominal cavity effusion pigment, and the extended part clotting time live enzymes, had a significant difference compared with the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Radix paeoniae alba to suppress inflammatory edema and leak all have good results, but in terms of inhibiting platelet aggregation, the role of radix paeoniae rubra.
