内科学教学引入服务性学习的教学模式探索 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨内科学教学引入服务性学习的教学模式应用效果。方法选取我校三年制临床医学专业学生72名,随机分为两组。对照组(36名)采用传统教学模式,试验组(36名)在传统教学模式的基础上,每周末组织一次服务性学习社区教学项目。课程结束后比较两组学生理论成绩和技能考核成绩,并采用问卷调查教学模式满意度。结果试验组学生理论考试平均成绩和技能考核平均成绩均高于对照组,组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组对于教学模式的满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内科学教学引入服务性学习理念能够将课程学习、服务社会和培养高素质医学人才等目标完美结合。 Objective To evaluate the value of service learning in teaching of Internal medicine courses. Methods Selected 72 students from clinical medicine major, 36 students who were taught with traditional teaching methods were taken as control group. 36 students who were taught with service-learning teaching methods were taken as the experimental group. Results The experimental group students had stronger skills in theoretical knowledge, practice and other aspects than control group(P〈0. 05). Conclusion It is necessary to apply service-learning teaching methods in Internal medicine courses.
