两自由度连接方式在汽轮机调阀阀位监测装置改造中的应用

摘要 田湾核电站一期工程2台机组的汽轮机主调阀阀位监测装置由俄制(俄罗斯制造)电磁式仪表及其安装支架组成,仪表和阀门之间采用了刚性连接方式。因仪表和阀门之间的刚性连接方式易导致仪表磨损严重、阀位仪表杆因仪表与阀门的连接杆的晃动易被拉弯或者拉断。通过使用高精度(1%误差精度)、稳定性好的LVDT(线性电压差动传感器)替代俄供阀位仪表,对仪表和阀门之间采用两自由度连接方式对原阀位监测装置进行了改造,取得了良好的应用效果,对国内、外同类型装置的应用,具有一定的借鉴意义。 The turbine main control valve position monitoring device for TNPS unit 12 compose of electromagnetic type instrument(made in Russia)and its installation supports.The rigid connection is applied between the instrument and the valve.The position indicting devices of the main control valve made in Russia have the following weak points,such as the rigid connection between the instrument the valve wear and tear the instrument seriously,the valve position indicating instrument rod is bent or broken by the connection rod between the valve and the instrument.This paper introduces the replacement of the valve made in Russia by the LVDT(Linear Voltage Differential Transducer) which has high accuracy(1%accuracy error) and high stability and the modification of the connection between the valve and the instrument(replace the rigid connection with two degrees of freedom connection),t his modification obtained good application effects and have reference significance for both domestic and abroad peers.
