一起非牧区人间布鲁氏菌病聚集性疫情的调查 被引量:2

Investigation of one human brucellosis aggregation epidemic in non pastoral areas

摘要 目的通过对布鲁氏菌病(简称布病)聚集性疫情的流行病学调查分析,探讨该起疫情的发病原因和可能的传播途径。方法对病例家属、相关羊圈周围住户及相关羊只销售人员进行了病例搜索,采用统一的调查问卷以访谈形式开展现场调查,描述病例的发病过程及流行病学特征,采集病例及密切接触者血样进行实验室检测和病原体分型。结果 3例病例经复检确诊为布病病例,均为羊种3型,相似性接近100%;流行病学调查显示2例病例有明确羊制品接触史,1例病例无明确羊制品接触史但居住在羊圈附近。结论 3例病例的感染源可能均来自羊圈里的羊只,但感染途径可能不同,可能存在皮肤接触和气溶胶感染或混合感染。 Objective Through the epidemiological investigation and analysis of brucellosis clustered epidemic,explore the reason of brucellosis outbreak and its possible transmission route. Methods A unified questionnaire survey was carried out by person to person interview with the infective family,the surrounding residents related to the sheepfold and related sheep sales personnel in the case of search in order to describe the pathogenesis and epidemiological characteristics,and collected infectors' and contact blood samples for laboratory test and pathogen analysis. Results 3 cases were diagnosed as brucellosis by reinspection and they were all sheep type3. The similarity was close to 100%. The epidemiological investigation showed that 2 cases had clear contact history of sheep products and 1 case had no clear history of exposure to sheep products but lived near the fold. Conclusions The infection source of the 3 cases might be from the sheep of the sheepfold,but the way of infection may be different. The most possible ways of diseases transmission may be skin contact and aerosol infection,or mixed infection.
