摘要
目的探讨留置气泡技术用于减轻注射用鼠神经生长因子肌肉注射时疼痛的效果。方法选用断指再植患者120例,按照常规方法和留置气泡技术分别在每例患者左右侧臀部各肌肉注射鼠神经生长因子1次。比较两种方法注射15 min后药液外溢、局部红肿和疼痛情况。结果留置气泡技术注射鼠神经生长因子发生药液外溢率为4.17%,红肿直径≥5 cm为9.17%,中或重度疼痛率为2.5%;使用常规肌肉注射法,发生药液外溢率为17.5%,红肿直径≥5 cm为35%,中或重度疼痛率为10.83%。2种方法在药液外溢、局部红肿、疼痛等方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与常规法比较,留置气泡技术可以有效减轻注射用鼠神经生长因子肌肉注射时引起的疼痛。
Objective To explore the effect of indwelling bubble technique on relieving pain of muscular injection by mouse nerve growth factor. Methods A total of 120 patients with fingers replantation were given conventional method and indwelling bubble technology to inject on the left and right hip of each patient,respectively. The overflow of liquid,local redness and pain in 15 minutes after injection were compared. Results The rate of liquid overflow of injection,swelling larger than5 cm in diameter,and moderate or severe pain by indwelling bubble technology were 4. 17%,9. 17% and 2. 5%,and were 17. 5%,35% and 10. 83% by conventional muscle injection. There were significant differences in overflow of liquid,local redness and pain between the 2 methods. Conclusion Compared with the conventional method,the indwelling bubble technique can effectively reduce the pain caused by muscle injection by nerve growth factor.
