摘要
目的观察舒适护理在胸膜疾病患者行胸腔镜检查术中的临床应用效果。方法随机选取80例进行胸腔镜检查术的胸膜疾病患者分为应用组与对照组,对照组使用常规护理,应用组在对照组的基础上进行舒适护理,分析2组患者在胸腔镜检测中的满意程度。结果应用组中有1例患者出现并发症状,而对照组有8例患者出现并发症状,2组患者的并发症发生率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);应用组30例患者非常满意、8例患者比较满意、2例患者不满意,总满意率为95%;对照组20例患者非常满意、11例患者比较满意、9例患者不满意,总满意率为77.5%。结论舒适护理在进行胸腔镜检查术的胸膜疾病患者中的应用效果较好。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comfort nursing in the pleural diseases patients undergoing thoracoscopy. Methods A total of 80 patients with pleural disease undergoing thoracoscopy were randomly divided into application and control groups,the control group used conventional nursing,application group was given comfort nursing based on the control group,satisfaction of thoracoscopy in two groups were analyzed. Results Complications occurred in 1 patient in the application group and 8 patients in the control group,incidence of complications between the two groups showed statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Thirty patients were extremely satisfied,8 patients were relatively satisfied,and 2 patients were not satisfied,the overall satisfaction rate was95% in the application group. Twenty patients were extremely satisfied,11 patients were relatively satisfied,9 patients were not satisfied,the overall satisfaction rate was 77. 5% in the control group.Conclusion The effect of comfort nursing for patients with pleural disease undergoing thoracoscopy is obvious.
