胎儿纤维结合蛋白测定在提高足月孕妇引产成功的可行性研究 被引量：2

摘要 在孕周大于40周的妊娠中,20%左右的孕妇需要通过引产来结束分娩。最近50多年来,过期妊娠和妊娠期高血压疾病已成为主要的两大引产指征,引产方法也由最早的通过饮食和语言刺激分娩发展到物理方法刺激分娩,而今多采用药物的方法（催产素和前列腺素）引产。最常用的预测足月孕妇引产的成功率的方法是宫颈Bishop评分,该方法简便,临床可操作性强。宫颈Bishop评分较高（〉5）的孕妇。
