6种生物农药防治白木香黄野螟幼虫毒力和田间药效 被引量:13

Toxicity and efficacy evaluation of six biopesticides against Heortia vitessoides larvae

摘要 黄野螟Heortia vitessoides是近年来在白木香Aquilaria sinensis上大面积暴发的食叶害虫,危害严重。为防治该虫,作者选择6种生物农药进行幼虫室内毒力测试及田间药效试验。结果表明,0.5%印楝素乳油LC50最大,为89.67 mg/L;0.5%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐LC50最小,为14.31mg/L;田间药效评价显示,0.5%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐3000倍液效果最佳,药后1 d校正死亡率为90.56%;5%桉油精可溶性液剂1000倍液在药后2 d校正死亡率达到90.88%,增速明显。建议使用甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐和桉油精可溶性液剂进行防治。 Heortia vitessoides Moore was a defoliating pest in Aquilaria sinensis forests and caused great damage. In order to effectively control the pest,the toxicity determination in lab and field efficacy test of six biopesticides against H. vitessoides larvae were conducted. The results indicated that 0. 5% azadirachtin EC got the maximum value of LC50( 89. 67 mg /L,) while 0. 5% emamectin benzoate had the minimum value( 14. 31 mg / L). The results of efficacy evaluation showed that the control effect of0. 5% emamectin benzoate 3000 times was the best,which was 90. 56% 1 day after the treatment while the corrected mortality of 5% eucalyptol SL 1000 times showed a significant increase( 90. 88%) 2days after the treatment. Alternate use of 0. 5% emamectin benzoate and 5% eucalyptol SL was suggested for the control of the pest.
