摘要
近年来,随着族际通婚数量的不断增多,族际家庭离婚的案例逐渐增加。族际离婚既体现了普通家庭离婚的特点,同时又受民族文化差异的影响。本文通过对阿拉善左旗民政部门和法院婚姻档案的调查,研究了当前青年族际离婚的现状、特点与发展趋势,这对于完善我国民族政策、婚姻法以及救济制度具有重要意义。
In recent years, with the popularity of intermarriages, divorce cases of multi-ethnic family have been increasing. The divorce of muhi-ethnic family not only embodies the common divorce characteristics, but also is impacted by ethnical cultural differences and geographical cultural trait. Based on the investigation of the department of civil affairs and local courts marriage archive of Rightqi in Alxa ,the paper discusses the current status , characteristics and development trends of youth divorce of multi-ethnic family, which has an important meaning for improving our national policy, marriage law and relief system.
