摘要
文化创意产业已经成为推动全球新兴产业的重要支撑,已成为创新性服务业的有效载体。但是与东部地区的文化创意产业相比,我国西部地区在产业化、集约化和市场化等方面存在较大差距。西部地区要加强产业规划和引导,打造知名品牌,培育龙头企业,提高文化创意产业市场化程度,加快人才的培养,完善创意产业法规和政策,营造良好的政策环境和创意氛围。
Cultural creation industries has underpinned global emerging industrial development and become an effective carrier of innovative services. But there is a big gap between China's western and eastern regions in terms of industrialization, integration, and marketilization... The western region should strengthen industrial planning and guidance, build brands and nurture leading enterprises. And the western region should improve the industrialization degree of the cultural creation industries, accelerate personnel training, and improve the regulations and policies. In addition, the government should create a facilitating environment.
