六味地黄丸治疗帕金森病作用机制的实验分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过实验对六味地黄丸治疗帕金森病的作用机制进行分析.方法:收治帕金森病患者96 例,随机分成单一组与联合组各48 例.单一组单用司来吉兰进行治疗,联合组则在单一组基础上加用六味地黄丸.结果:两组帕金森病患者治疗1、2 个月后的帕金森病程度评分低于治疗前,联合组1、2 个月后的评分均低于单-组,具有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论:六味地黄丸能够有效对帕金森病患者的临床症状进行缓解,值得推广应用. objectivethrough the experiment on the mechanism of action of liuwei dihuang pill to treat Parkinson's disease were analyzed.Methods:selection of Parkinson's disease,a total of 96 cases of our hospital,were fixed number of year is in February 2013 to April 2015,96 patients by lot were randomly divided into the single and joint group,each group of 48 patients with each have.Department to gillan alone for the treatment of patients with a single group,a joint group on the basis of a single set of treating patients with bolus of 6 flavour glutinous rehmannia.Results:two groups of Parkinson's disease 1 month and 2 months after treatment of Parkinson's disease rate is lower than before the treatment,the joint group of Parkinson's disease 1 month and 2 months after treatment the degree of Parkinson's disease score lower than single group,P〈0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion:liuwei dihuang pill can effectively to alleviate clinical symptoms of Parkinson's disease,is worthy of popularization and application.
