摘要
目的 探讨全髋关节置换术后的护理干预对策,提高术后患者生活质量.方法 选取人工髋关节置换术患者42 例,进行系统的术后康复指导,包括术后康复方法、生活起居规范、助2器械的使用等.结果 经术后康复指导,缓解了症状并消除疼痛,取得了良好的护理效果.结论 规范系统的康复护理能够恢复与改善患者髋关节功能,提高患者生活质量.
Objective:To explore the nursing intervention strategy after total hip replacement and improve the life quality of patients. Methods: there were 42 patients,We performed the system operation after rehabilitation guidance, including postoperative rehabilitation and living standard, Ayumi equipment etc. Results:the patients were treated with the system after the operation of the system, the relief of symptoms and the pain relief achieved good results. Conclusion: rehabilitation nursing is the key to ensure the efficacy of artificial total hip replacement, can restore and improve the patient's hip function, improve patient quality of life.
