摘要
目的研究添加不同含量载银纳米二氧化钛对义齿软衬材料机械性能的影响.方法:将载银纳米二氧化钛按0%、1%、2%、3%的质量百分比添加入软衬材料中,制作抗菌软衬材料试件.按照国家相关标准检测其粘接强度、邵氏硬度的变化.结果:随着载银纳米二氧化钛含量的增加,软衬材料的粘接强度呈现出上升的趋势,邵氏硬度呈逐渐降低的趋势.结论:4 组义齿软衬材料的机械性能均能满足临床需求.
Objective To study the Influence of Ag-embedded-TiO_2 on mechanical properties of denture soft lining material. Methods The experimental groups of denture soft lining material were mixed with the Ag-embedded-TiO_2,whose incorporating doses were 0%、1%、2% and 3%.The mechanical properties such as adhesion strength and hardness were measured according to the national standards. Results The adhesion strength of denture soft lining material increased with the Ag-embedded- TiO_2 and the hardness decreased.Conclusion The mechanical properties of 4 groups soft lining material is met clinical requirement.
