摘要
目的探讨精细化管理在手术室仪器设备管理中的应用与成效.方法：分析手术室仪器设备管理中存在的问题,运用“精、准、细、严”的精细化管理方法对仪器设备进行管理.比较实施精细化管理前后,手术室仪器设备的维修率和手术医生的满意率.结果：实施精细化管理后,手术室仪器设备的维修率从30.5%下降到6.25%,手术医生的满意率从80%上升到98%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：精细化管理可有效提高手术室仪器设备的管理质量和手术医生满意度,保障手术和患者的安全,值得推广应用.
Objective:To explore the application and effect of the meticulous management in the management of instruments and equipment in the operation room. Methods:Analyze the problems in the management of instruments and equipment in operation room, and Apply the management method of the instruments and equipment with the fine management method of 'fine, accurate, fine and strict'. The satisfactory rate of the maintenance rate of the instrument and the operation of the operation room were compared before and after the fine management. Results:After the implementation of fine management, the maintenance rate of the instrument and equipment in the operation room decreased from 30.5% to 6.25%, and the satisfaction rate of the surgical doctors increased from 80% to 98%, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion:The fine management can effectively improve the management quality, working efficiency and operation satisfaction rate of the instruments and equipments in operation room.
