摘要
目的观察产后出血患者经阴道行无齿卵圆钳钳夹术、欣母沛宫颈注射联合治疗的效果.方法：抽取60 例产后出血患者,对照组经阴道行无齿卵圆钳钳夹术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用欣母沛宫颈注射联合治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果.结果：相对于对照组来说,观察组总有效率更高（P〈0.05）;观察组产后2h、24h 出血量均低于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论：产后出血患者经阴道行无齿卵圆钳钳夹术联合欣母沛宫颈注射治疗,可获得较为明显的效果,明显减少产妇产后出血量,值得临床推广应用.
Objective: to observe the patients with postpartum hemorrhage after vaginal line toothless egg circle clamp clamps and yan pei cervical taking the effect of combination therapy. Method: extract from March 2012 to September 2015 were 60 cases of patients with postpartum hemorrhage, the control group by transvaginal line toothless eggs for the treatment of circular clamp clamps, observation group in the control group on the basis of using mother yan pei cervical injection combined treatment, compared two groups with therapeutic effect. Results: observation group and control group total effective rate 86.67%, 70% respectively, compared with the control group, the observation group total effective rate is higher(P<0.05); Observation group of postpartum haemorrhage amount is lower(P<0.05). Conclusion: patients with postpartum hemorrhage after vaginal line toothless egg circle clamp clamps mother pei cervical joint hin taking treatment, can obtain more obvious effect, significantly reduce the maternal postpartum haemorrhage amount, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
