摘要
目的探讨对神经外科重症监护患者家属实施早期护理干预及对策的效果研究.方法：对213 名重症监护患者的428 名家属进行问卷调查,了解不同家属在不同时期的心理表现,分析其特点,采取早期计划性的护理干预.结果：取得了较好的效果,家属负性情绪减少,积极配合治疗,对病人的抢救赢得了宝贵的时间及支持保障,除发生-例医疗纠纷外,其余家属对医护人员工作满意.
Objective: To investigate the effect of early nursing intervention and Countermeasures to the families of the patients with severe care in Department of neurosurgery. Methods: a questionnaire survey was conducted on 428 families of 213 patients with severe care, to understand the mental performance of different families in different periods, and to analyze the characteristics of the patients, and to take early intervention of nursing intervention. Results: good results were achieved, the family negative mood was reduced, and actively cooperate with the treatment, the patient's rescue won the precious time and support to protect, in addition to a medical dispute, the rest of the family to work satisfaction.
