摘要
针对粉煤灰陶粒轻骨料混凝土水泥用量偏大、强度偏低的问题。本文将粉煤灰、矿渣粉、纳米二氧化硅三种工业废弃物作为矿物掺合料应用在粉煤灰陶粒混凝土的配制中,重点研究了矿物掺合料的种类及掺量对混凝土强度的影响,试验结果表明:影响粉煤灰陶粒混凝土28 d抗压强度和抗折强度的顺序为:纳米二氧化硅>矿渣粉>粉煤灰,其中单掺纳米二氧化硅(5%)效果最为显著;复掺粉煤灰(10%)、矿渣粉(15%)和纳米二氧化硅(8%)对水泥浆强度发展有良好的超叠加效应。在此基础上利用扫描电镜(SEM)对混凝土试样进行微观分析,找到了矿物掺合料影响粉煤灰陶粒混凝土强度的微观原因。
In order to solve the problem of the larger quantities of cement,low intensity of fly ash ceramsite concrete.We have studied the effect of the types and quantities of mineral admixtures by adding fly ash, slag and Nano-SiO2.The test results showed that the order of 28d compressive strength and flexural strength is Nano-SiO2 > slag> fly ash. Nano-SiO2 (5%) is the best.mixed powder of fly ash (10%), slag powder (15%) and Nano-SiO2 (8%) is benefit for the development of fly ash ceramsite concrete strength. We also find the result of mineral admixtures improving strength of fly ash ceramsite, using scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
