焦化装置中富气压缩机轴端密封失效原因分析及改进措施

摘要 介绍了焦化装置中富气压缩机轴端密封的双端面干气密封系统流程和轴端密封结构,阐述了自投产以来3次轴端梳齿密封出现的故障及现象,对故障原因进行了分析,确定冲蚀是造成轴端密封损坏的主要原因。通过对比轴端密封用PEEK和LD10的材料性能和轴端密封结构的差别,提出将轴端密封材料改为PEEK复合密封的方案。并且特别介绍了PEEK材料在设计中的注意事项。通过一段时间的运行,改善效果明显,说明使用PEEK材料对国内同类离心压缩机密封改造有着重要的参考意义。 This paper introduces the seal system flow and shaft seal structure of rich gas compressor in coking unit.It describes the three shaft labyrinth seal failures and phenomenon since the start of the operation.The paper then analyzes the reasons for the failures and determines that erosion is the main cause for the shaft seal damage.Through comparing the differences of material properties and structures of shaft seal using PEEK and LD10,the paper proposes the scheme to change the shaft seal material into PEEK combined seal.It also introduces the considerations for PEEK material in the design process in particular.After running for some time,the improvement effects are obvious,which indicates that using PEEK material may provide important reference for the seal modification of similar domestic centrifugal compressors.
