摘要
陈以国教授认为湿疹主要是素体禀赋不足,饮食失宜,情志内伤等导致脏腑经络阴阳失衡,复又感邪所致;以风、湿、热、燥之邪导致心肝之火、脾肺之湿、血之瘀虚风燥,经络偏伤最为多见。提出"疑难杂病要治本调神,推敲其脏腑生克之理,寻机扪要,先主后次,循序渐进,综合调养";湿疹治疗应"寻因求机,脏腑气血同调,内外兼顾,针药并施,广泛借鉴,充分运用现代研究成果,综合调养",并指出体表之病,内服药常见效稍慢,易增加肝肾负担,故内服药同时,针刺腧穴,并中药煎汤外涂(益母草、苦参、白花蛇舌草、徐长卿等),清热解毒利湿,充分实现局部治疗的效果,结合综合调养(生活调养、饮食调护、养神调气,导引养生),使得康复期明显缩短。陈教授再三强调:"审证求因一定要精微,不能一概而论。针刺取穴宜精而不在多,对兼有他病患者,要循序渐进,不可一方千头万绪,兵力分散。"
Professor CHEN Yiguo thinks that eczema is mainly ferrite endowment deficiency,improper diet,emotional injuries such as lead Zangfu organs and meridians imbalance of Yin and Yang,and feeling caused by pathogenic.With the wind,wet,hot,dry evil caused the fire of heart and liver,spleen and lung wet,blood stasis and deficiency wind dryness,partial injury is the most common main and collateral channels. Put forward ＂difficuh to treat disease,weighing the viscera theory,to captivity of the children of ammon,after the first meeting of the main,step by step,comprehensive nursed back to health.Treatment of eczema should＂find because seeking machine,blood and viscera of homology,both internal and external,acupuncture and medicine application,extensive reference,make full use of modern research achievements,nursed back to health.And pointed out that the surface of the disease and medicine often bear fruit slower,easy to increase the burden on the liver and kidney,so the medication at the same time,acupuncture,and traditional Chinese medicine decoction external coating （Herba Leonuri,Radix Sophorae Flavescentis,white snake tongue grass,Radix Cynanchi paniculati）,dampness detoxification,the full realization of the effect of local treatment,combined with comprehensive nursed back to health （living nursed back to health,diet nursing,repose and regulating Qi,Daoyin Yangsheng）,significantly shorten the recovery period.Professor CHEN repeatedly stressed：request for the trial evidence must be subtle,not lump together.Acupuncture acupoints should be fine and not much,on both his patients,should be gradual,not a party to a multitude of things,scattered forces..
