摘要
李培教授认为慢性胃炎系先天不足、外感六淫、饮食不节、情志失调等,导致胃失和降,久则湿热、痰浊内生或气血阴阳亏损,病位在胃,与肝胆脾密切相关。辨证当执简驭繁,把握重点,抓住木土不和、邪热内生、气机不利这一核心病机,随证立法,因法选方,自创柴胡香附方,疏肝行气止痛,健脾燥湿化痰,清热除烦,根据不同兼症,灵活选药,注重脾胃调理,把握辨证重点,适当配伍,随症加减,不拘一格,增强临床疗效。
[Objective]To observe the therapeutic effect of the treatment of unstable distal radius fractures with oral administration of Chinese herbal medicine combined with joint functional exercise.[Method]Using prospective design method,48 cases of hospitalized patients,the hospital immediately LCP internal fixation reduction,postoperative syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese herbal medicine.Differentiation stage：the early（after 1~2 weeks） Taohong Siwu Decoction,medium-term（3 to 6 weeks after surgery） of bone powder,late（7 weeks after operation） hidden tiger pill,drug soaking in the water,Wuhuo boil,slow fire boiling for 10~15 min,leaching solution for the first time;then heating water amount,in accordance with law cooked,take the second liquid,the two liquid mixed uniformly about 300 ml,morning and evening clothes.After take out stitches（postoperative 2 weeks postoperatively） traditional Chinese medicine fumigation wash（Angelica,cassia twig,saf flower,frankincense,myrrh,Achyranthes each 9g,stretch band of grass,Speranskia tuberculata,wormwood leaves the 30g）,various drug nano bag is arranged in the basin,add water 2500 ml boiling Decoction for 30 min,will suffer from carpal placed in the basin mouth above is higher than the liquid 25 cm,and in patients with upper limb cover towel,fumigation 10~15 minutes,turn off the heat until the liquid temperature dropped to 50 DEG C,the affected limb is placed in the pot immersion,while washing massage joint,and take the initiative to do what flexion joint motion to liquid cooling.Postoperative measures and rehabilitation：1 weeks after surgery to guide patients with wrist joint active exercise.After 2 weeks,the gradual strengthening of wrist flexion and finger fist activities,strengthen the active and passive.Continuous treatment for 7 weeks for 1 courses.Observation of clinical symptoms,fracture arm function,Cooney wrist score,adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of 1 courses,followed up for 12 months to determine the efficacy.[Results]The foll
