摘要
科学高速发展的同时也引发自身的"瓶颈效应",当代医学必须重新探索新的发展方向。混沌理论是一项兼具质性思考和量化分析方法,用以探讨动态系统中不能用单一数据关系,而需要用整体、连续性数据关系才能解释及预测的行为。临床医学是一种关于不确定性的科学,具有复杂动态系统的基本特征。探索不确定条件下的混沌诊疗决策是对临床医学的一种智慧挑战。混沌理论是对医学领域中还原论到整体论的一种思维变革,东方理念与西方科学的混沌结合将是医学未来发展的方向。
The rapid development of science has brought its own ＂bottleneck effect＂, modern medicine must explore new direction of development. Chaos theory is a method of qualitative thinking and quantitative analysis, to investigate the behavior of dynamic systems, which should be explained and predicted by overall and continuous data, not a single data relationship. Clinical medicine is a science of uncertainty with the basic features of complex and dynamic systems. The exploration of chaos decision making under uncertainty is a kind of intelligent challenge to clinical medicine. Chaos theory is a kind of thinking change in medical field from reductionisrn to system theory, the chaos combination of oriental concept and western science will be the future direction of medical development.
