摘要
目的:探讨综合护理干预措施在改良封闭式负压引流术中的应用效果。方法:100例采用改良封闭式负压引流术患者随机分为对照组和观察组,分别采用常规和综合护理干预措施护理,比较两组患者焦虑、抑郁情绪及患者满意度、日常生活能力、创面愈合时间。结果:观察组焦虑、抑郁情绪评分明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度为96.0%,明显高于对照组80.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组日常生活能力评分明显高于对照组,创面愈合时间明显短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在改良封闭式负压引流术中采用综合护理干预可减轻患者不良情绪,促进创面愈合,提高患者满意度和日常生活能力。
Objective：To investigate the effect of integrated care interventions in the clinical application of the modified closed suction drainage.Methods：100cases using modified closed suction drainage were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The routine nursing care and integrated care interventions were carried out in both groups,respectively.The senses of anxiety,depression,patient satisfaction,activities of daily living and healing time in the two groups were compared.Results：The senses of anxiety and depression scores in observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group,the values between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）,satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group：96.0%vs 80.0% with statistically significant（P〈0.05）,the score of daily living in observation group was significantly higher,healing time was significantly shorter than that of control group,the values between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Clinical application of integrated care interventions of modified closed suction drainage can reduce negative emotions,promote wound healing,improve patient satisfaction,and activities of daily living.
