摘要
"一带一路"战略是新时期党中央、国务院做出的重大战略决策,赋予了新疆明确的战略定位——丝绸之路经济带核心区。推进丝绸之路经济带核心区建设,是新疆承担国家战略任务的具体要求。通过加快与周边国家交通基础设施的互联互通,加强与内地交通联系的多路畅通,加速新疆天山南北交通的便捷连通,尽快建成核心区国际性交通枢纽中心,是支撑和引领丝绸之路经济带核心区建设的战略先手棋;提升核心区交通枢纽中心的国际地位和国际竞争力,是维护全国改革发展稳定大局和西向开放格局的战略保障。
＂The Belt and Road＂strategy is a major strategic decision made by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council in the new period.In this strategy, Xinjiang porovince is defined as a core area on the Silk Road Economic Belt. For Xinjiang, to promote the construction of the core area is the specific requirements of the national strategic task. This paper considers that building Xinjiang into an international transport hub is the first step in the implementation of the ＂B＆R＂strategy. For the purpose of the first step, Xinjiang should improve transportation infrastructure interoperability between China and its neighboring countries, increase more channels which connect Xinjiang and inland provinces and convenient communication between North and South transportation of Tianshan Mountains in Xinjiang. This paper also points out that, enhancing the international position and competitiveness of the core area transportation hub is a strategic guarantee to safeguard the overall situation of the reform, opening-up, development and stabilization of the country.
