摘要 目的研究微波消融技术在甲状腺良性结节治疗中的应用价值。方法 74例(98个)甲状腺良性结节患者行超声引导下微波消融治疗,按照移动消融方式比较消融前后结节体积变化,从而评价消融对甲状腺结节治疗的疗效。结果消融结束后,随着随访时间的延长,结节体积逐渐缩小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访至6个月,33个结节完全消失,消融前后体积缩小率>50%。随访至12个月,46个结节完全消失,消融前后体积缩小率均>50%。结论微波消融技术疗效确切,见效快,是治疗甲状腺良性结节的安全、有效方法 ,治疗后结节体积可逐渐缩小,在一定程度上对甲状腺功能并无明显影响。 Objective To research application value of microwave ablation in the treatment of benign thyroid nodule. Methods There were 74 (98 nodules) patients with benign thyroid nodule receiving ultrasound- guided microwave ablation. Changes of nodule volume were compared according to ablation measures, so as to make evaluation on curative effect by ablation for thyroid nodule. Results After ablation, nodule volume decreased along with progress of follow-up, and the difference had statistical significance (P〈0.05). In 6 months of follow-up, there were 33 completely disappeared nodules, and the decreased volume 〉 50% after ablation. In 12 months of follow-up, there were 46 completely disappeared nodules, and the decreased volunle all 〉 50% after ablation. Conclusion Microwave ablation provides quick effect and onset. It is an safe and effective method in treating benign thyroid nodule. This method provides decreased nodule volume after treatment, and it has no certain influence on thyroid function.
