摘要
针对地方本科院校培养物联网工程专业应用型人才的现状和存在的问题,将CDIO教育模式引入到物联网工程专业教学中来,让学生以主动的、实践的、课程之间有机联系的方式开展专业课程的学习,加强校企合作,共同制定人才培养方案和大纲,以源于企业项目为导向、建立一体的实验实践环节,从而让学生能够更好地适应合作企业的需求,使人才的培养和使用形成无缝连接,成为一个完整的体系。通过基于CDIO模式的校企合作应用型人才的培养模式,提升人才培养质量。
Aiming at the current status and problems that local colleges cultivate special applied talents for IOT,the CDIO education model is introduced to the process of teaching to guide students with initiative and practice and guarantee that there are relative between courses. This strengthens the cooperation between school and enterprise and generates the talent training plan and teaching outline,which is derived from enterprise’projects and experiment practices. In this way,students can adapt the requirements of the enterprises preferably,and become a complete system with talent cultivation and use of seamless connection,cultivation and employment could be established. Based on CDIO,the applied cultivation pattern between school and enterprise will promote the quality of talents cultivation.
