智慧旅游是一种全新的发展理念与发展方式,它开启了"旅游+"的新时代,和"互联网+"的时代号召相吻合,具有广阔的发展前景。它代表了世界旅游的发展趋势,是现代服务业与科学技术结合的典范。智慧旅游将互联网信息技术全方位地应用到旅游,包括组织管理、行政管理、企业经营服务、游客旅游消费等各个环节和方面,让旅游进入全新的互联网时代。文章阐述了智慧旅游的定义、国内发展现状和发展对策。
Intelligent tourism is a new developmental concept which opens the gate of＂Tourism ＋ ＂new age,which is consistent with ＂Internet ＋ ＂age and possessed with a bright prospect. It represents the developmental trend of world tourism and becomes the model which combines contemporary service industry with scientific technology. Intelligent tourism applies Internet information technology to tourism in all aspects,including organizational management,administration,corporate operating service,tourist travel and consumption,etc.,which leads tourism into the new Internet age. The paper expounds the definition,status quo and improvement measures of intelligent tourism.
