摘要
本文利用HFSS对五端口微波器件进行了仿真设计,对所设计的五端口微波器件的输入反射系数进行了仿真分析,并就其结构尺寸的变化对匹配性能随频率变化的影响作了讨论,给出了尺寸选择依据。五端口结匹配元件的形状为金属圆柱体,通过调节金属圆柱半径和位置,最终达到了各端口的良好匹配。
Five-port microwave devices are simulated by software HFSS and the input reflectance of the devices are analyzed.Effects of structure parameters on matching performance varying with frequency changing are discussed,and the basis for structure parameters selection is determined.The matching parts of five-port microwave devices are metal cylinders,and good matching between ports can be obtained by adjusting the radii and the positions of those cylinders.
