摘要
针对论文收录证明业务的需求,设计实现了基于Endnote和Word的论文收录证明系统,系统利用Endnote和Word的文献管理、平台文献检索、文献记录自动编排等功能,以及Endnote的Import Filters、Output Styles自定义设置,实现了对不同数据库文献记录的数据规范化导入和Word规范化格式输出,通过Word域、宏和VBA等平台编程技术,实现了对期刊影响因子、期刊分区信息等论文收录证明文档关键数据的自动查询生成,能大大提高出具论文收录证明的速度、准确性和规范性。
In the light of the needs of the service for the paper collection proof, this paper designs and implements a paper collection proof system based on Endnote and Word, which realizes the standardized data import and standardized Word format output for different databases＇ literature records by using the document management, platform document retrieval, literature records＇ automatic arrangement and other functions of Endnote and Word and the custom setup of Import Filters and Output Styles, and through Word Domain, Marco and VBA and other platform programming techniques, realizes inquiries＇ auto-generation of the key data of the paper collection proof documents such as journal＇s impact factor, and journal＇ s partition information, etc.,being able to greatly improve the speed, accuracy and standardization of the issued paper collection proof.
