摘要
目的探讨Nd:YAG激光切开瞳孔区渗出膜的临床疗效。方法行人工晶体植入术后1个月内发生急性葡萄膜炎伴发瞳孔区渗出膜患者30例30只眼,采用Nd:YAG激光瞳孔区渗出膜切开治疗,光斑大小150μm,能量1~2 mJ,激射点数20~80点。术后随访1~3个月,观察患眷的视力、眼压变化和不良反应发生情况。结果 15例患者经YAG激光瞳孔区渗出膜切开治疗后,视力均明显提高,瞳孔区渗出膜完全祛除,人工晶体表面光洁,无一例伤及人工晶体;,所有患者视力稳定,未见瞳孔区渗出。结论应用Nd:YAG行瞳孔区渗出膜切开,简单易行,安全有效,是治疗内眼术后瞳孔区渗出膜的有效方法。
Objective To study the.clinical effect of Nd : YAG Laser in the treatment of exudative pupillary membrane. Methods Thirty acute angle closure glaucoma patients with exudative pupillary membrane received Nd :YAG laser irradiation after in- valid pharmacological treatment. They were given phacoemulsification with implantation of intraocular lens (IOL) combined with trabe- culectomy or not. Parameters of the laser treatment : American Nd : YAG Laser machine were used to focus the laser irradiation on the exudative pupillary membrane, the parameters of the laser used were 150 μm in size, 1-2 mJ in energy and 20-80 laser spots, and the irradiation process was carefully observed to avoid injuring the IOL. Results Visual acuity was significantly improved in 15 patients after the laser therapy, and no injury on the iOL occurred.Conclusions Nd : YAG Laser is a simple, safe and effective method to treat exudative pupillary membrane.
