摘要
该文结合我校电工电子类实验室的整合与建设工作,针对现有管理中的不足,着重从实验实训教学体系优化、实验分室整合、实验管理队伍建设等方面对实验室进行改革,从而提高实验教学质量、实验室管理水平和资源的利用率。
In this paper, combined with the consolidation and construction of electrical and electronic laboratory,we will reform the laboratory in three aspects： Experimental teaching system optimization, Labs coordination, and management team construction. So as to improve the quality of experiment teaching, the laboratory management level and the utilization of resources.
