摘要
目的观察分析再生障碍性贫血患者采用骨髓间充质干细胞（BMSC）治疗的临床效果。方法选取2010年10月~2015年10月收治的50例再生障碍性贫血患者为研究对象,对比分析所有患者治疗前后血常规指标、血清淋巴细胞CD4/CD8比值以及输血间隔时间等情况。结果患者治疗后血小板、血红蛋白以及白细胞等含量均高于治疗前（P〈0.05）。患者治疗后输注红细胞间隔时间以及输注血小板间隔时间均长于治疗前（P〈0.05）。结论再生障碍型贫血患者采用BMSC治疗的临床效果良好,是临床治疗再生障碍性贫血的一种新途径。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells（BMSC） in the treatment of aplastic anemia. Methods A total of 50 cases of aplastic anemia patients were chosen as the research object from October 2010 to October 2015, comparative analysis of the blood routine index, the ratio of serum CD4/CD8 lymphocyte and transfusion time interval before and after treatment in all patients. Results After treatment, patients with platelet, hemoglobin and white blood cells were significantly higher than those before treatment（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the interval between the red blood cell and platelet count was significantly longer than that before treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of BMSC in patients with aplastic anemia is good, and it is a new way for clinical treatment of aplastic anemia.
