摘要
目的探讨自体血清治疗严重眼化学烧伤的临床价值。方法选取我院2009年6月~2015年6月收治的严重眼化学烧伤患者40例,随机分为实验组和对照组,各20例。对照组患者采用新鲜羊膜移植治疗,实验组患者联合自体血清治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果,统计每组的治疗时间。结果实验组患者治疗有效率为95%,对照组为80%,实验组患者的临床治疗效果好于对照组,P〈0.05;实验组的平均治疗时间为（5.8±1.1）d,少于对照组的（9.1±1.4）d,P〈0.05。结论联合自体血清治疗严重眼化学烧伤,能有效缩短治疗时间,缓解临床症状,对促进患者视力的恢复,提高患者生活质量具有重要意义。
Objective To study the clinical value of autologous serum treatments for severe ocular chemical burns. Methods 40 patients with severe ocular chemical burns from June 2009 to June 2015, randomly divided into experimental group and the control group, 20 cases in each group. Control group were treated by fresh amniotic membrane transplantation treatment, the experimental group patients with autologous serum treatment, compared two groups of patients with clinical therapeutic effect of statistical treatment time of each group. Results The patients with the treatment effective rate was 95%, the control group was 80%, the experimental group patients in the clinical treatment effect is significantly better than the control group, P 0.05. The average treatment time for the experimental group（5.8±1.1） d, significantly less than the control group（9.1±1.4） d, P〈 0.05. Conclusion Combined therapy with autologous serum severe ocular chemical burns, can effectively shorten the treatment time, relieve the clinical symptoms, to promote the recovery of patients with vision, improve the patients quality of life is of great significance.
