摘要
目的探讨增强型体外反搏(enhanced external counterpulsatio,EECP)对于冠脉支架术后患者血管内皮功能及血管弹性的影响。方法将30例冠脉支架术后患者随机分为体外反搏治疗组(20例)和对照组(10例)。两组均给予规范化的药物治疗;体外反搏组患者每天再给予1 h体外反搏治疗,共35 h。两组患者分别于治疗前、治疗18h及35 h行FMD及ba PWV检测。结果治疗后体外反搏组症状改善率好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前FMD及PWV水平两组差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后FMD体外反搏组高于对照组,PWV低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中体外反搏治疗35 h FMD及ba PWV优于18 h。结论增强型体外反搏能改善冠心病患者临床症状,优于单纯的药物治疗;并显著改善冠心病支架术后患者FMD及ba PWV。
Objective To investigate the influence of enhanced external counterplusation on endothelial function and vessel elasticity in patients after coronary-stenting. Methods 30 patients after coronary stenting were randomly assigned to EECP group(20 patients) and control group(10 patients), all patients received regular medical therapy, and those in the EECP group were additionally treated with the 35 one-hour per day sessions of EECP. Flow-mediated dilation(FMD), and ba PWV were assessed in all patients before and after 18 hours and 35 hours EECP therapy. Results EECP therapy results in significant improvement in clinical symptoms(P〈0.05). No difference in FMD and PWV before therapy between two groups(P〉0.05). After EECP therapy, the FMD in EECP group was significant higher than in control group, and the PWV in EECP group was significant lower than in control group(P〈0.05). The FMD and ba PWV after 35 hours EECP therapy was significant better than after 18 hours therapy. Conclusion EECP therapy can significantly improve clinical symptoms in patients with coronary artery disease, it can result in better outcome than only medical therapy, and significant improvement on FMD and ba PWV in patients after coronary stenting.
