摘要
目的分析阴道彩超对输卵管间质部妊娠的诊断意义。方法回顾性分析2011年9月~2015年6月我院经手术病理证实的41例输卵管间质部妊娠患者的临床资料,将其阴道彩超结果与手术病理检查结果进行比较。结果经阴道彩超诊断后,确诊35例,诊断准确率为85.37%;误诊6例,误诊率为14.63%。结论阴道彩超在输卵管间质部妊娠诊断中价值较高。
Objective To analyze the transvaginal ultrasound diagnostic significance tubal interstitial pregnancy. Methods The clinical data of 41 cases of tubal interstitial pregnancy confirmed by surgery and pathology in our hospital from September 2011 to June 2015 were retrospectively analyzed, to compare the results of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound with the results of surgery and pathology. Results After transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis, diagnosed 35 cases, diagnostic accuracy was 85.37%, 6 cases of misdiagnosis, misdiagnosis rate was 14.63%. Conclusion Vaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of interstitial tubal pregnancy higher value.
