摘要
目的探讨即采即滤型白细胞滤器对血液分析的影响。方法1 200袋全血,采用随机数字表法分为隔夜过滤组与即采即滤组,各600袋,即采即滤组采集全血后立即进行白细胞过滤,隔夜过滤组采集全血后冰箱保存静置8~10 h后进行白细胞过滤。结果过滤后即采即滤组与隔夜过滤组的血浆游离血红蛋白浓度分别为(26.03±11.42)mg/L和(11.56±9.13)mg/L,对比差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。而溶血率分别为3.3%与13.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论即采即滤型白细胞滤器在临床上的应用能减少溶血情况的发展,提高游离血红蛋白浓度,从而有利于血液分析。
Objective To discuss the influence of leukocyte depletion filter on hemanalysis. Methods 1 200 bags of whole blood were divided into group A of filtration after the overnight and group B of filtration within 8~10 hours after sampling, 600 bags each. Group A immediately did leukocyte filtration after sampling of whole blood, group B did leukocyte filtration 8~10 hours after standing in the refrigerator. Results After filtration the plasma free hemoglobin concentration of group A and group B were(26.03±11.42) mg/L and(11.56±9.13) mg/L(P〈0.05), the hemolysis rate were 3.3% and 13.3% respectively(P〈0.05). Conclusion Which is the filter type white cell filter in the clinical application to reduce the development of hemolysis, increase the concentration of free hemoglobin, which is suitable for the analysis of blood.
