摘要
在介绍交流漏磁探伤原理基础上,分析了钢棒交流漏磁探伤中磁场和涡流分布的趋肤效应规律、漏磁场的特点以及检测信号的形成与处理、特别是交流漏磁探伤中涡流的作用,讨论了漏磁探伤方法和检测装置构成及其与直流漏磁探伤的异同,并归纳了钢棒交流漏磁探伤的技术特点。
Based on introducing the principle of AC magnetic flux leakage testing, analysis was conducted on the skin effect rule of magnetic field and vortex distribution in steel rods AC magnetic flux leakage testing, the characteristic of leakage magnetic field and the formation and processing of detected signals, particularly the role of vortex in AC mag- netic flux leakage testing. A discussion was explored on the magnetic flux leakage testing method, detection device com- position and its similarities and differences with DC magnetic flux leakage testing. In addition, the technique characteris- tic was concluded on steel rods AC magnetic flux leakage testing.
