摘要
高职院校要充分发挥思想政治理论课的育人作用,拥有一支高素质、强能力的思想政治理论课教师队伍是关键。然而,在高职院校中存在着一些不容忽视的问题,制约着思想政治理论课教师队伍建设,直接影响着思想政治理论课教育教学的效果。本文对当前高职院校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设中存在的主要问题进行分析与思考,并就新形势下如何加强高职院校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设提出了若干对策建议。
Higher vocational colleges should encourage Ideological and Political Theory Course to full play its educational functions. And the key is to build a team of teachers with high quality and strong abilities. However, there are some problems that can＇t be ignored in higher vocational colleges, which restrict the team building and directly influence the teaching effect. This paper analyzes the main problems and puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the team of the Ideological and Political Theory Course teachers in higher vocational colleges under the new situation.
