摘要
目的探讨益气养阴、活血祛浊法对2型糖尿病合并血脂异常患者血糖及血脂的影响。方法将106例2型糖尿病合并血脂异常患者随机分成观察组和对照组,每组53例。对照组患者实施常规治疗,观察组患者在此基础上实施益气养阴、活血祛浊法治疗。对比两组患者的血糖水平、血脂水平及中医证候疗效。结果治疗后,观察组患者的空腹血糖水平、餐后2 h血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白水平、甘油三酯水平、总胆固醇水平及低密度脂蛋白水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的高密度脂蛋白水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的中医证候治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气养阴、活血祛浊法可有效改善2型糖尿病合并血脂异常患者的血糖水平、血脂水平及中医证候临床症状,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effects of the method for supplementing qi and nourishing yin, activating blood and eliminating turbidity on blood glucose and blood fat of patients with type 2 diabetes with dyslipidemia. Methods 106 pa-tients with type 2 diabetes with dyslipidemia were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 53 cases in each. The control group patients were given conventional therapy, the observation group patients were given the method for supplementing qi and nourishing yin, activating blood and eliminating turbidity on this basis. The blood glucose level, the blood fat level and the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome were compared between the two groups. Results After the treatment, The fasting blood glucose level, the 2 hours postprandial blood glucose level, the glycosylated hemoglobin level, the triglyceride level, the total cholesterol level and the low density lipoprotein level of the observation group patients were evidently lower than that in control group （P〈0.05）. The high density lipoprotein level in the observation group patients was remarkably higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome treatment of the observation group patients was distinctly higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The method for supplementing qi and nourishing yin, activating blood and eliminating turbidity can availably improve the blood glucose level, the blood fat level and the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of patients with type 2 diabetes with dyslipidemia, It is worthy of clinical promotion.
