摘要
目的:总结以腹部损伤为主的多发伤全程一体化救治体会。方法:以我院自2013年10月至2014年10月期间所收治的108例以腹部损伤为主的多发伤患者为研究对象,采用回顾性分析的方法对这些患者的临床资料、诊治方法及救治效果等进行收集、整理和分析,探讨以腹部损伤为主的多发伤全程一体化救治体会。结果:108例患者急救时间、平均住院时间分别为(1.7±0.3)h、(21.3±1.7)d,救治成功率为92.6%,死亡率为7.4%,总并发症发生率为31.5%。结论:通过开通绿色急救通道,采用专业化救治模式,合理运用损伤控制策略,能够有效降低病死率,提高救治成功率。
Objective ： To summary of abdominal injury multiple injury mainly full integrated treatment experience. Methods ：108 patients suffering from abdominal injury with multiple trauma patients from October 2013 to October 2014 in our hospital were selected with the retrospective analysis method. Results ： 108 patients with emergency time, average hospitalization time were（1.7 ＋ 0.3） h,（21.3 ＋ 1.7） d, treatment success rate was 92.6%, the mortality rate was 7.4%, the total complication rate was 31.5%. Conclusion ： by opening the emergency green channel, the use of specialized treatment mode, reasonable application of damage control strategy, can effectively reduce the mortality rate, increase the rate of successful treatment.
