摘要
目的甜梦胶囊结合穴位注射治疗更年期耳鸣有效病案报道。方法选择更年期耳鸣(肝肾亏虚,气阴不足型)患者一例,予以口服甜梦胶囊,两次/日,3粒/次;翳风穴注射腺苷钴胺1.5 mg+盐酸消旋山莨菪碱1 ml,每周一次。治疗后每四周评价一次疗效。结果四周后病症稍有改善;八周后病症明显改善;12周后病症治愈。结论甜梦胶囊结合穴位注射治疗更年期耳鸣有效。
Objective To report the records of Tianmeng capsulecombined with acupoint injection in the treatment of treating menopausetinnitus. Methods A patient who has menopause- tinnitus（the deficiency of liver and kidney, deficiency of both qi and yin） was select-ed, and the patient used Tianmeng capsule, two times a day, three capsules each time. We injected adenosylcobalamin 1.5mg and hy-drochloric acid raceanisodamine 1ml in Yifeng（SJ17） once a week. The curative effect was evaluated every four weeks after the treat-ment. Results The symptom was improved after four weeks, and the improvement was significant after eight weeks. The patient cured after twelve weeks. Conclusion Tianmeng capsulecombined with acupoint injection in the treatment of treating menopause-tinnitus is effective.
