摘要
以常减压蒸馏装置加工胜利原油的常压塔为例,介绍了第4代语言Visual Basic分支的Excel VBA语言在常压塔热平衡计算中的应用。该装置原设计开工天数按年330 d计,处理量为2.5 Mt/a。应用结果表明:程序运行结果可达15位精度,全塔回流热中入塔物流总热量计算所需时间0.01~0.04 s,与实际操作时瞬间收敛一致。利用VBA进行常压塔热平衡的计算过程快捷,结果精准、稳定,而且全塔回流热的电算结果与手工查图结果热量之差通常相对误差绝对值不大于6%,并对误差传递进行了分析。提出了Excel VBA是非计算机专业的炼制工程师的首选自动化语言,该方法可用于教学、科研、设计、生产、管理等方面。随着信息技术的飞速发展,第4代自动化语言的Excel VBA将在炼油工艺计算中得到更广泛地使用。
Through a case study of the atmospheric tower processing Shengli crude oil,the application of Excel VBA which is the branch of the 4thgeneration language Visual Basic in oil refining industry are introduced.The design on-stream time of the unit is 330 days a year and the capacity is 2.5 MM TPY.The results of application show that the program running results can reach 15 bits precision,the required time for the calculation of the total heat into the tower from recycle stream is 0.01 ~ 0.04 second,which is consistent with instantaneous convergence.The calculation of heat balance of atmospheric tower with VBA is rapid and the calculation results are precise and stable.The absolute value of relative error of difference of the computer heat calculation results with the manual figure check results is usually 6%.Error transfer is also analyzed.Excel VBA is a preferred automation language for non-professional computer engineer,which can be applied in teaching,scientific research development,engineering design,production and management.With rapid development of information technology,Excel VBA of the 4thgeneration automation language will be more widely used in the calculations of refinery processes.
