摘要
文章简述了美国创伤护理的发展历程,包括早期战场创伤护理队伍的发展、创伤高级护理实践的发展、创伤护理学术组织的建立、创伤护理教育的发展、创伤救护研究概况等,提出我国创伤护理应在加强实践经验总结和研究的基础上,加强创伤护理人才的培养,充分发挥创伤护理专业学术组织的引领作用,以期进一步加速我国创伤护理专业建设。
The paper described the evolution of trauma nursing specialty in America,including the trauma nursing on early battlefield, advanced practice, academic organization, education and research of trauma nursing, and suggested that we should take measures to promote the summarization and research of trauma nursing practice, to train trauma nursing tabents vigorously, and to let academic organizations play the leading role, in order to promote the development of trauma nursing in our country.
