摘要
通过CAE分析、材料化学成分检测、金相组织以及断口微观分析，找出了某车摆臂在开发过程中的失效的原因，并提出了改进措施，为同类焊接零件的设计和失效分析奠定了基础。
Through CAE analysis,material chemical compostion test,microstructure and microscopic analysis,find out failure reason of some swing arm during development process,and put forward improvement measures, establish foundation for design and failure analysis of same kind welding components.
