摘要
随着腹腔镜技术的发展和胆道外科理念的更新，腹腔镜胆总管探查一期缝合术在临床运用越来越广泛，其适应症目前国内外尚无统一标准。一期缝合术式可以分为3类，包括单纯一期缝合术、一期缝合联合内引流术、一期缝合联合外引流术，它们各有其特点，临床上也不断有新的术式提出。我们就腹腔镜胆总管探查一期缝合术研究的适应证、各种手术方式和特点及手术疗效进行综述。
With the development of laparoscopic technique and updated concept of biliary tract surgery, primary closure after laparoscopic common bile duct exploration （LCBDE）is more and more extensive in clinical application. At present ,the indication of primary closure after LCBDE is arbitrary. Generally, primary closure can be divided into three types：simple primary closure, primary closure combined with internal biliary drainage, and primary closure combined with external biliary drainage. They have their own characteristics and new surgical procedures have been proposed. The aim of this study was to review the recent literature on primary closure of LCBDE,including its indication, different surgical procedures, their characteristics and clinical effects.
