摘要
中国的企业已经意识到科研创新的重要作用,但从整体上看,其科研工作还存在诸多不足,科研管理缺乏规范化和标准化。结合国内现状对构建基于ISO9000族标准企业科研管理体系进行了研究,可为企业科技进步与标准化管理提供参考。
China’s enterprises have realized the important role of scientific research and innovation,but from the overall perspective,deficiencies still exist in the scientific research,and scientific research management was short of specification and standardization. For the above reasons,research has been conducted in this article by combining domestic status quo for the scientific research management system of enterprises which are established based on ISO9000 family standard,and the study could provide a reference for enterprises on scientific and technological progress and standardized management.
