摘要
对日常轮胎损坏的种类以及损坏的原因进行了综合性的分析,对如何减少轮胎热剥离、刺穿、鼓包等轮胎早期破坏现象提出了有效的管控方案;根据不同的工矿选择轮胎、控制好轮胎的运行气压及温度,强化运输路面及铲工作面的道路维护与修筑、对损坏的轮胎进行及时的维护和修理就能有效的延长轮胎的使用寿命。
The article comprehensively analyzes the daily tire damage types and reasons, and presents the effective control scheme on how to reduce tire hot stripping, piercing, bulging. According to different mining condition, the mine selects tires, controls the operation pressure and temperature of tire, and strengthens road maintenance of transportation road surface shovel working surface.The mine repairs the damaged tire to prolong the service life of tire.
